Hello,

I was wondering when will you ship our Astro albums? Most of us placed our orders back in March and we've now entered June. It's been nearly THREE MONTHS and none of us have received nor heard anything from you.

We've been trying to email OTK's customer service for the past month but have received no response or whatsoever and when we do receive one, it's just a copy and paste answer.

Before purchasing, you've stated in your website that:

1. You will ship within 7 days after production

2. You will ship with DHL

Both of the statements above should take you a maximum of two weeks, the latest, to ship out all of our albums, especially with DHL. It's been nearly THREE MONTHS and most of our orders are still "preparing for shipment".

Please understand why we are frustrated because when we placed our albums, we were expecting to get them within two weeks maximum and not three months. If that was the case, we would've bought from other websites.

Other people that bought albums from other groups are experiencing the same problem as well. I know that you just started your company but please prioritize all of your customers' orders before selling any other albums.

I understand that there might be delays, but please hire more people or do whatever it takes to ship out our orders, because we've paid for our orders, we gave our money to you, and now we don't even know where our items are.

I'm asking this the nicest way possible, but please. I'm begging you to ship all of our orders without anymore delays and ship all of our orders by the end of this week. Either ship them or refund us all.
